Our lectures are entertaining and yet knowledge intensive, but communicated in a language every audience can follow and relate to. In our lectures, we involve dialogue and create reflections which challenge and develop the individual and the collective’s idea of themselves, their collaboration, success, culture and performance.

We always seek to adjust the form and content in terms of what effect you seek to achieve through the new insights that the lecture contributes with. Many of our lectures are suitable for an extended workshop if you wish to put the new insights and knowledge into play in practice.

Theme: Success-oriented mind-set and culture

Theme: Performance, motivation and stress

In the lecture/workshop, we focus on how an individual or a collective can contribute to increased motivation and performance optimisation. We articulate how the right work-life balance can be a means to handle or avoid stress.

We regularly include participants in drills and dialogues with the purpose of creating reflection. They become involved in terms of articulating the core of the own performance, stress handling, authenticity and power

Theme: Coaching and motivation – the road to becoming a learning organisation

Competent coaching is an instrument and an approach to people which contributes to creating development, creativity, knowledge-sharing, and overview.Other than that, it creates more opportunities of action for cultures and people to become able to elevate its level of competence in relation to problem-solving.

In this lecture, you will receive the answers to the following questions:

Theme: High performance team and culture

Are you ready to take your collaborative skills to the next level? Do you want to make each other even better?

In this theme, we focus on tools which will be able to inspire to a valuable development of relations and co-operative skills in your team or work group.

We address questions such as:

• What is a high performance team and what qualities do we want to promote?
• Is it a good idea? Why/Why not?
• How do we create a high performance culture and team?
• Why can it be difficult?
• What does it require from management?

Theme: Risk management is every strategy’s best friend

In this theme, we challenge you on whether or not you have a common understanding and overview of your greatest risks? In reality, these risks can in fact accommodate some of the greatest strategic opportunities for your organisation.

We focus on risk management as a strategic tool and give input as to how you can practically work with risks, using cases as a point of reference.

We assist you in creating an overview of the organisation’s risks and thus establish a structured basis for making the right decisions.

Other than that, we include a digitisation perspective and make concrete consultation as to how you can work with risk management collectively and in a structured manner.
