We protect your personal data, and it is always with reference to the current Danish Data Protection Act and GDPR.

When and why do we gather personal data?
We gather your personal data when you accept to deliver your information to us in relation to a job search. For example, when you are searching for a specific position. Additionally, we gather your personal data if you participate in personality tests, personal interviews and in consultancy services such as development and HR tasks that we perform for our customers.

What kind of personal data do you gather?
Some of the information we gather is often mandatory if you want to benefit from our services. At times, it can be desirable to collect further information in order to meet specific customer requests. As an applicant, you are responsible for ensuring that your stated information is sufficient and true as well as being aware that we have access to it.

We register the following when you sign up in our database:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Application

The above-mentioned personal data is mandatory when applying our recruitment services.

Candidates are more than welcome to also include data such as:

  • Other contact information
  • Images and video
  • Information about education
  • Work experience
